i woke up at 5am -_- i couldn't get back to sleep so i decided to go get a coffee and run some errands. by the time i got my coffee, it was only 7:30am and target opens at 8am, so i went to get food at my fav sullangtang place (it was rly good). then i went to target to buy a little set of drawers to put under my new desk so that i could solve the whole storage issue.

then i got home and waited for boy to get home from work. my niece was home sick today so she sat in vc with me and we just hung out! then when boy finally got on, we played gamble with your friends and val while she watched. then i got tilted so we got on tft and played some discord games with her LOL

after boy went to sleep, i said bye to my niece and took another looooong nap. i woke up to my brother calling me so i got back on gamble with your friends because he wanted to play. i just started playing today and it's so funny, i had a lot of fun!

now i'm just online shopping for dresses for grad pics and i'll probably (try to) sleep soon because i have a long day tomorrow. jetlag sucks.

we woke up bright and early to get to the airport. boy's dad dropped us off and then we got some pret before i had to go thru security. then we said our goodbyes :(

honestly, i think that was the worst flight of my life LOL i was nauseous the entire time and then i went deaf (ears plugged). but i made it and i was finally reunited with my mom + poe!!! my ears being plugged was making me super dizzy so i just ate and showered real quick & then slept for like 5 hrs lol

i woke up to poe wanting pets and then gave my mom a haul of everything i got in london. she kept me company while i unpacked and cleaned my room. i came back to my room being a mess because i got a new desk while i was away and my sister graciously built it for me. my new desk has no storage so i had to find everything that was in my old one a new home. i also got a new keeb and mouse! i love them!!!

i managed to get everything done but now i'm wide awake since i slept so long. i think i'll make ramen and game with my new (ish) set up :) missing my bf tho.

our last full day together :/ we woke up and decided to go to another brunch place in town. then honestly we just laid around together watching our show and took a lil nap. i feel like one of our favorite things to do together is just lay in bed and cuddle!

later, some of boy's family members stopped by and then we ready to get dinner with his parents. we had burgers and it was a good last meal!

it was a sad day. even though i know he's coming next month, which is the shortest we've ever gone not seeing each other, it's always hard saying bye.

we woke up pretty early but i went back to sleep until almost noon (oops) while boy just watched some youtube. when we finally got up, boy went to the store to pick up some sushi and i made us some neoguri to eat with it. we ate (so much) while watching youtube and then just chilled. he played some val while i read my book, until he came and joined me ^_^

i finished the song of achilles! it was so good. the writing is insane and the characters were really complex, my heart felt very empty at the end. i'd recommend it!

today we woke up pretty early to get brunch in town and it was really good! there's this lil bookstore next to the brunch place, so we stopped in and looked around. the owner was really sweet and helpful, she sounded like she was american but has maybe lived in the uk for a long time? i could tell because of the way she pronounced her t's LOL it kinda took me aback because i never hear american accents in boy's small town.

after, we went and sat by the lake to read our books. it was another nice day, we've been really lucky with the weather this trip. it was really peaceful but our eyes started hurting from the sun reflecting on our pages after about an hour so we got up and walked back home.

we took a nap and then boy's parents brought home indian food so we grubbed. we also started a new kdrama called if wishes could kill and it's pretty good but scary. we watched it while sharing a bottle of soju! the show was getting kinda.. demonic.. and creepy.. so we put on the office to lighten our spirits. then we went to bed!

happy may! time is just flying by.

went into london today because boy was in the office again so i tagged along. he gets out an hour early on fridays so we planned well! i sat in a cafe until he took his lunch break and then we got korean food. after we ate, he walked me halfway to the street i usually like shopping in and then went back to work while i shopped. i just got a pair of really soft sweats from brandy and then decided to go to waterstones to read until he got off work. i literally mapped to the wrong waterstones twice and ended up walking for like 45 minutes before i finally got to the right one. it was so hot today which is so weird for england so i was not dressed appropriately. i was literally dying -_-" but i made it in the end and got to cool off & read for about an hour before boy came to meet me there.

i needed a restock of my lashes so we went to p2bus in chinatown and then we walked around jubilee market for a bit. there were so many cute vendors, we bought these cute lil matching frog trinkets from one of them. then it was time to eat dinner so we got din tai fung! it was sooooo good and we were so full after. but never too full for a sweet treat hehe so we got heytea + mollytea. then we went home!

i was so overstimulated today because of the unexpected heat and how i was not dressed for the weather. also because i walked so much. and then ate a lot. but it was our last day going into london for this trip and i'm feeling grateful for the time we got to spend today & for my bf always spending so much $$ on me :(

stayed at home while boy went into the office. i woke up at noon (yikes) and washed up + put a load of laundry in for us. then boy's dad brought me poke for lunch! also while i was showering, another one of my nails popped off. so went back again to just take them off and see if they could do something else. i was very annoyed but they offered to do it all over again for free, which was very nice. i went with acrylic this time (did gel x at first) because it's more durable. i just hate how bulky acrylic is... oh well. i'll be able to go back to doing my own gel x when these grow out. so with that, the nail saga ends!

in other news, today is our month-anniversary (3 yrs + 3 mos :O) so after he got off of work, we met at a steak restaurant in town and it was yum! we were going to get a cake for dessert but we were so stuffed, we just picked up some ice cream from the store on the way home.

oh also, olivia rodrigo's upcoming tour was announced! boy said he'll get tickets for us because he should be visiting around the time of her first night in la (excited noises)

we're just going to chill for the rest of the night && enjoy each others company :') i love my bf!

went to get my nail fixed! they did it for free but they just.. glued it back on. so we'll see if it stays lol

we had mcd for brekkie and then supermarket sush for lunch. then just spent the rest of the day chilling while boy wfh again. then we chilled together when he got off.

i think i was horizontal all day today.

today marks one week until i go home :( i've been in london visiting boy so big sad. but he comes the month after for my birthday so it's ok! also kinda missing home anyway.

i went out to get my nails done while boy was wfh and it was nice because i can't remember the last time i went to a salon ever since i started doing them myself. i was very happy with them, until i got home and my right thumb popped off immediately -_- so will go back tomorrow to see if they'll fix it for free.

anywho, boy's parents ordered pizza for dinner so we ate that and now we chill & play tft :3
